HELLO!

I am excited to be your Geometry or Advanced Algebra teacher this year. 

This is my fourth year here at Lakeside and my seventh year teaching all together. I grew up right here in Martinez, and went to Lakeside High School myself (a long time ago). I enjoy all areas of mathematics and enjoy teaching all areas. My teaching philosophy is based in social learning and my teaching motto is "mistakes are expected, respected, inspected and corrected". I believe in the power of learning together. My desire is to open my students minds toward the power of mathematics and to guide students toward confidence in their ability to learn. Through this confidence, my students will be equipped and ready for whatever their future holds.
