CW4 (Ret) Delvin D. Evans

U.S. Army

Chief Warrant Officer Four (CW4) Retired Evans retired with over 20 years of Active Federal Service in 2021.   CW4 Evans is a native of Augusta, GA.  He enlisted in the Army on 5 August 1997, at Fort Jackson, SC.  He attended Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Jackson, SC. 

CW4 Evans’ assignments and duty positions include 2nd 187th Infantry Battalion, Fort Campbell, KY, Armed Forces Network, Frankfurt, Germany, 73rd Ordinance, Fort Gordon, GA, 369th AG Battalion, Fort Jackson, SC, 1st Brigade Combat Team, Fort Hood, TX, HHBN, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, NC, HHBN, 18th Airborne Corps, Fort Bragg, NC and HHC, 35th Signal Brigade, Fort Gordon, GA.   

CW4 Evans has served in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation New Dawn and Operation Inherent Resolve.

His awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medals (2), Meritorious Service Medals (5), Joint Commendation Medals (2), Army Commendation Medals (2), Army Achievement Medals (5), Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Meritorious Unit Commendation (3), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Drill Sergeant Badge, Senior Parachutist Badge, Air Assault Badge and numerous other awards.

SFC (Ret) Christopher M. Kemp

Sergeant First Class (SFC) Christopher Kemp was born in West Palm Beach, FL. He enlisted into the Active Army in August 2000.  He attended One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. Upon completion of training, he was awarded the Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) 95B, Military Police and throughout his career and also awarded 31K, Military Working Dog Handler.

SFC Kemp’s assignments and duty positions include Military Police Gunner/Driver, U.S. Forces Korea; Gunner, Operation Iraq Freedom, 3rd Infantry Division; Special Reaction Team, Fort Stewart, GA; Squad Leader, Operations Iraqi Freedom II-III; Operations Leader, Fort Gordon, GA; Specialized Search Dog Handler, 3rd Special Forces, Operation New Dawn, Afghanistan; Kennel Master, U.S. Forces Alaska; Instructor, Military Working Dog Handler Course, Lackland, AFB, TX and Kennel Master, Military District of Washington.       

His awards include Presidential Unit Citation, Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (2), Army Commendation Medals (6), Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal (6), National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, the NCO Development Ribbon and numerous other awards.
