Lakeside High School will increase student scores by 3% for the 24/25 school year from the 23-24 school year in the following categories: Students scoring at the proficient and distinguished learner level for all GA Milestones EOC-tested subjects Students scoring a 4 or above on International Baccalaureate exams Students scoring a 3 or above on Advanced Placement Exams Students scoring at the passing level for all End of Pathway assessments	Lakeside High School will decrease the number of student behavior referrals for skipping and tardy to class by 10% for the 24-25 school year from the 23-24 school year.

Utilizing the following research-based instructional strategies in all classes: Teacher Clarity Performance Expectations (Success Criteria) Summarizing and Note-Taking Daily total participation techniques Daily formative practices and checks for understanding Collecting and utilizing data KR 360 Writing Framework in all classes, to include CTAE and Fine Arts SY24/25 Best practices in co-teaching classrooms	School-wide pass procedures for hallway and restroom passes Using Panther PRIDE Language to Promote Positive Student Behavior Incentives for students for attendance and timeliness for class Grade/Department Level Star Student recognitions quarterly Positive reinforcement opportunities through the use of PAWS, morning announcements, and incentive raffles Clear Procedures for Student Behavior Interventions
